About Us
Hi and welcome to my atelier of love, joy, unicorns, and rainbows! I'm Nina, and this shop is my creative passion project. I love bright colors, playful designs, and painting colors onto otherwise bland everyday objects. I started creating colorful gym clothes for myself in 2020 with sketches I made on my iPad, and finally launched the current version of the online store in 2024. I have been based in New York City for the past 10 years, but have my roots in Japan.
My aim through Sillie Pants is to spread the joy of wearing fun, bright colors to people who love colorful things as much as I do.
All prints are designed by me on my iPad, with much love, by hand.
Sustainability
I partner with print-on-demand companies that make the items one by one after an order comes in, eliminating overproduction waste. I work with suppliers that follow ethical labor standards, use non-toxic printing methods, and prioritize environmentally responsible practices. This includes choosing recycled or low-impact fabrics as much as possible and minimizing harm throughout the production process.

But also, most importantly, I make sure to partner with suppliers of the utmost fabric quality that's long-lasting, fade-resistant, looks amazing, and is comfy to wear all day.
