Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item doesn't fit, arrives damaged, or is different from what was described. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number, the reason for your return, and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. We'll send you a return label and take it from there. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If the size isn't right, we're happy to send you a different size once we receive the returned item.
Damages & incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Bundle discounts
Bundle discounts and free shipping perks apply only when all items in the bundle are kept. If part of the order is returned, the discount no longer applies and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
