Refund policy

When considering returns, please keep in mind that we are a small, individually-run business and each return has a bigger impact on us than say a large retailer. Before making a purchase, please look carefully at the size charts to determine the right fit for you.

With that said, we wouldn't want you to be stuck with an item that you are not happy with. We can accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase in the case that the item is damaged, not as described, or doesn't fit. If the size is not right, we are happy to send you a different size upon receipt of the returned item. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back to us in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us with your order number, the reason for your return, and whether you'd like an exchange for a different size/item or a refund. We will then send you a return label for you to ship the item back to us.

Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned item, we will either send you the requested exchange item or issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for this to be processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Bundle discounts and returns: Bundle discounts and free shipping perks apply only when all items in the bundle are kept. If part of the order is returned, the discount no longer applies, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
