Where is Sillie Pants from?
Hi, I'm Nina, the artist and creator behind the brand Sillie Pants. I started this brand when I was living in New York City for about 10 years. I am originally from Japan, and am most recently based in between Tokyo and the US. Sillie Pants is a US-based online business with no permanent physical store locations.
Are your products handmade?
No. While I design all the prints and patterns by hand on my iPad, I do not personally print or sew the products. Products are made to order after purchase using my original artwork and produced by print-on-demand partners.
Where do products ship from?
Sillie Pants items are fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand partners around the world.
Some products have specific origins, like the ones that say "made in Canada" in the product descriptions.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time usually takes about 3–7 business days before the order is shipped out.

• United States: 7–14 days
• International orders: 1–3 weeks depending on destination

Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes. All orders include tracking.

Why did my Sillie Pants items arrive in separate packages?
Some items are produced by different fulfillment partners.
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase if an item is damaged, incorrect, different from the description, or doesn’t fit.

How do I find my size in Sillie Pants activewear?
Most items fit true to size unless otherwise noted.
Please check the size chart included on each product page before ordering, especially for compression styles or more fitted products.
Is Sillie Pants activewear sustainable and ethically made?
Synthetic fabrics used in most activewear have environmental tradeoffs and aren't a perfect sustainability category. With that said, here is how we are different from large fast fashion brands:
- We use a made-to-order production model, which means there is zero overproduction and inventory waste.
- Our production partners use non-toxic, OEKO-TEX certified inks and follow ethical labor standards. Select styles are made with REPREVE recycled polyester, made from post-consumer plastic bottles.
- We focus on quality and durability so the products are kept and worn for a long time.
What is the difference between Soft Stretch and Sculpting Compression yoga leggings?
Soft Stretch yoga leggings and shorts are made with a buttery, lightweight stretch fabric and are comfortable for yoga, Pilates, climbing, and everyday wear. Sculpting Compression yoga leggings have a firmer, high-performance compression fabric with a high-waist sculpting fit designed to support and flatter during more intense workouts. Both styles feature original artist-designed colorful prints.
How do I wash printed activewear so the colors stay bright?
Turn your Sillie Pants leggings and shorts inside out before washing. Machine wash cold with a gentle, phosphate-free detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, which break down the print over time. Tumble dry on low or air dry. The prints are fade-resistant, but cold washing extends their life significantly.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $150.
Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on product type and destination.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because orders go into production quickly after purchase, changes or cancellations are only possible within a limited time after ordering.
