Size & Fit
Most of our products fit true to size, so you can confidently select your usual size. Some will fit rather tight, in which case it's indicated clearly. Please make sure to check the size charts in the product description!
How long does shipping take?
From the day you place your order until the day you receive it, it usually takes 7-14 days. In some cases, it may take a few days longer.
We use a made-to-order production, which means it will take 3-7 days for the item to be made and shipped out.
Please note if you order multiple items, they may arrive separately.
Is tracking provided?
Tracking is provided for all shipments. Please allow 3-7 days for your order to be processed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
How much is shipping?
Shipping per item ranges from approx. $3.99 to $6.90, depending on the product and your shipping location.
As multiple items may be shipped from different facilities, the combined shipping cost will be calculated at check out.
Keep in mind shipping is always free on orders over $150 💌
What about returns?
When considering returns, please keep in mind that this is a small, individually-run business and each return has a bigger impact than for a large retailer. Before making a purchase, please look carefully at the size charts to determine the right fit for you.
With that said, we wouldn't want you to be stuck with an item that you are not happy with. We can accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase in the case that the item is damaged, not as described, or doesn't fit. If the size is not right, we are happy to send you a different size upon receipt of the returned item.
Bundle discounts apply only when all items in the bundle are kept. If one item is returned, the discount no longer applies, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Sustainability
We use a made-to-order production model, which means we minimize over-production waste by only making the products once an order is placed. We also make sure to partner with production partners whose values are based on sustainability, using non-toxic printing and environmentally friendly processes where possible.
